I use USPS to ship my items. I purchase insurance coverage for items shipped. If you pay with a check, I will not ship the item until I receive payment and it clears the bank.

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
I do accept returns if you are not happy with your glass piece but you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You will be refunded the listed cost of the item. You will not be refunded the original shipping cost. Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
I do custom orders but I only do small pieces up to 20 inches. Shipping anything larger greatly increases the risk of breakage when shipping due to the increased size and weight of the glass piece. I price my items according to cost of materials used and time invested. If you have any questions, please message me. Thank you!
